Welcome to 24/7 Mobile Tyres Services. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, obligations, and agreements governing the use of our mobile tyre fitting, roadside puncture repair, and emergency tyre services in Crawley and surrounding West Sussex areas.
The customer is solely responsible for providing correct tyre dimensions (Width, Profile, Rim Size, Speed/Load Ratings) when requesting a quote or booking. If our technician arrives at the location and discovers that the tyre size supplied by the customer was incorrect:
Our standard emergency roadside response window of **30-60 minutes** is an estimate, not a contractually binding guarantee. Response times are subject to traffic conditions (such as jams on the M23 or A23 bypass), extreme weather conditions, and proximity to active service patrols. We strive to inform customers of potential delays as soon as they are identified.
For emergency roadside dispatches, because a mobile tyre vehicle leaves our depot immediately to reach you, cancellation requests made after a technician has been dispatched will be subject to a **cancellation/dispatch fee** to offset operating and fuel costs.
Payment must be settled immediately upon completion of the tyre fitting or repair. Our technicians carry mobile chip-and-pin card readers and accept debit/credit cards, contactless payments, and Apple/Google Pay. Technicians reserve the right to abort work if roadside conditions are deemed physically unsafe.
